杭州市钱江新城导向设施整体设计项目由中国美术学院创意产业发展公司管理和运营。它以杭州钱江新城为载体，以城市美学为基本理念，从城市公共设施功能与形象的角度，经营城市，美化城市，彰显钱江新城区域特质，塑造城市形象。
钱江新城导向系统分为导向功能信息体系和视觉景观体系两部分，这两个体系分别构成了城市导向系统的经纬主轴。将导向系统作为城市景观要素进行结构整合，有助于钱江新城导向设施功能的有效衔接和形象的多元统一。

Good Guidance Facilities Makes Qianjiang New City Special
The project of overall design of Hangzhou Qianjiang New City Guidance Facility is a project managed and operated by CAACID. Based on the basic principles of city aesthetics, we took Hangzhou Qianjiang New City as a carrier to create new city image from multiple angles including function and image of public facilities, city management and city beautification.
Qianjiang New City guidance system is divided into functional information system and visual view system. These two systems are the longitude and latitude of the guidance system. Taking the guidance system as an important element has helped the city realize efficient connection of functions and unification of multiple images.
