中国美术学院国家大学科技（创意）园，位于杭州之江国家旅游度假区内，紧邻中国美术学院象山校区，总规划面积为2351亩，由核心示范区、产业拓展区、生活配套区三部分构成。中国美术学院国家大学科技（创意）园作为中国第一个以创意为特色的国家大学科技园，以新思想、新山水田园为特征，构建国际化的创意思想高地，打造多元复合的人文生态区；以艺术与科技结合为主题，以新经济为载体，拓展科技创新与艺术生产的产业互动，促进艺术资源与数字技术的模式创新；以新漫城、新民俗、新时尚为愿景，发展校区园区相融的创意社区，建设景区街区交叠的艺术城区，营造一个具有时代感、创业感的艺术生活家园。中国美术学院大学科技（创意）园正在勾画一幅新、境、创、业的绚丽画卷，建设自然和人文相融的创意家园，营造时尚和乡土共生的艺术社区，实现创意产业的孵化、创意成果的转化、创意人才的培育和集聚，拉动杭州创意产业的发展。

Creative Highland and Innovative Hometown
Located in Hangzhou Zhijiang National Park, National College Creative Science and Technology Park of CAA neighbors Xiangshan Campus of CAA, and the planned area of the park is 2351 mu. It is composed of three sections including core demonstration section, industrial development section and life facility section. As the first College Creative Science and Technology Park in China, National College Creative Science and Technology Park of CAA wants to use new ideas and new landscapes to create a highland of international creative ideas and a multi-element cultural creative district. It takes combination of art, science and technology as the theme and uses economy as a carrier to promote interaction between technological innovation and art and combination of art resources with digital technology. With “new cartoon city, new folk custom and new fashion” as a vision, it will build a creative community that have organic connection with the campus, an art city with natural views, business streets and a hometown with the feeling of modernization and business development. National College Creative Science and Technology Park of CAA is painting a beautiful picture, building a creative hometown with beautiful nature and rich cultural elements, establishing an art community where fashion and native cultures can coexist peacefully and working to realize incubation of creative industry, transfer of creative achievements, training of creative talents and fast development of creative industry in Hangzhou.
